Biogas is a renewable energy source that can be used for heating, fueling gas-driven motors and engines, etc. Its storage and use cater to environmental protection considerations.

Biogas is produced discontinuously during the methanization process. To allow its use as an energy source, it therefore requires storage.

A flexible dual-membrane gas chamber is ideal for the purpose. The gasometers in our range have capacities ranging from 100 m3 to 5,000 m3.

Assembly via high-frequency welding maintains the impermeability of the textile membrane and the technical characteristics of the fabric.

Because our chambers are designed with a dual membrane, the stored gas can be used directly at working pressure.

An inspection port allows one to inspect the gasometer. All safety systems are
supplied with the chamber: ultrasonic probe ; pressure measurement; electrical cabinet ; hydraulic retention ; etc. This ensures that you get optimal use from your gasometer. The entire structure is compliant with ATEX standards.

Mounting of the flexible chamber is simple, and is carried out on a concrete slab prepared to accommodate the gasometer and its safety systems.

Mounting can be handled by our fitters or by your own staff with training from our site supervisor. It generally takes less than a week.

Other kinds of flexible gas chambers can be installed : flexible chambers under metal silos ; single-wall chambers for industrial gas storage ; etc.
