The pollution prevention booms that we offer are suitable for the various scenarios of operations to confine pollution due to hydrocarbons at river or maritime sites.

A deployable boom lets you confine accidental pollution. A permanent or semi-permanent boom can be installed as a preventive measure at sensitive locations.

The boom’s float can be inflatable – such will generally be the case with a deployable boom. It can also be made of foam, especially if it is installed as a preventive measure.

The covering fabric – PVC or polyurethane – is chosen for its ability to withstand petrochemicals and polluting agents, and for its ease of cleaning after use.

The boom can be stored on a reel with an internal-combustion engine, or in steel or aluminum containers. We supply both types of system to order.

The pollution prevention system can be complemented by storage tanks– either closed or self-raising, and bydecantation tanks for petrochemical-ridden water.
